How to make a payment?

When do you need to pay?​

After you’ve finalized a tutor after taking demos, it’s time to start your regular tuition.

  1. The tutor will create a bill that will appear on your dashboard.
  2. You need to pay that bill before you can start taking your regular classes.

You won't be able to take classes after the demo class if you don't pay the bill before starting your classes.

Payment Methods​

TutorBees.net supports the following payment methods:

Pay via Bank Transfer​

If you have an online account of your bank account then you can follow these simple steps to pay your bill via Bank Transfer.

PC/Laptop​

Mobile​

Pay via Mobile Wallets​

If you want to use Jazz Cash or Easypaisa Wallets then click on "Mobile Wallets" and choose Jazz Cash or Easypaisa Wallet from the list that is shown.

Pay via Debit/Credit Cards​

If you have a debit/credit card then click on the "Debit/ Credit Card" button, fill up your card detail, and pay the bill.

Pay via Stripe (USD bills)​

If your bill is in USD, you will pay it through Stripe with any Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, from any country. Follow these steps:

  1. From your student account, navigate to the Bills & Payments page, and open the bill.
  2. Check that the bill shows the "Generate Bill" button with the Stripe logo.
  3. Click the "Generate Bill" button to proceed.
  4. Wait a few seconds while you are taken to the secure Stripe payment page. Please do not close or refresh the page.
  5. On the Stripe page, check the bill number and amount, then enter your card details and click "Pay".
  6. Once the payment is done, Stripe brings you back to your bill on TutorBees.net and shows "Your Stripe payment was received. Thank you!"
tip

If you see "Your Stripe payment is being confirmed", your payment went through and is being confirmed. The bill will be marked as "Paid through Stripe" shortly. Please do not pay again.

note

If you leave the Stripe page without paying, you will see "Your Stripe payment was not completed". Your card has not been charged, and you can click "Generate Bill" again to try once more.

International Payment​

Please pay the bill using your debit or credit card that is activated for international online transactions.

Please call your bank before making this transaction and tell them specifically the website and country where the transaction is going to be done, so that they can allow the transaction.

Billing Mode at TutorBees.net​

TutorBees.net works on Hourly billing cycle, which involves charging students based on the actual time spent in each lesson. TutorBees.net tracks the duration of each session and the student is charged for the minutes. Here are some key points to consider about hourly billing:

  • Flexibility: Lessons scheduled as needed.
  • Pay-as-You-Go: Students pay for actual lesson time.
  • No Upfront Commitment: Students avoid fixed commitments.
  • Validity: The no. of hours mentioned in the bill are only valid till the "Bill Valid Till" as specified in the bill. Please utilize all hours within the specified time duration.
